Hello Blurt friends wherever you are, meet again with me @aroyl, one of the atomians member in Indonesia.
On this occasion I will discuss about stroke.
Stroke can strike at any time, including during the month of Ramadan.
During fasting we tend to forget a healthy lifestyle, for example when breaking the fast we tend to eat very sweet or high-fat foods.
While our exercise index also decreases, it is not surprising that during the fasting month our weight increases, cholesterol also increases and blood sugar increases. This will increase our risk for stroke.
So, what is a stroke?
Stroke is a disease caused by blockages in blood vessels or rupture of blood vessels which will result in reduced blood supply of oxygen to the brain.
As we know, the brain is an organ that functions to regulate the functions of other organs. So if there is a disturbance in the brain then the function of other organs is also disturbed.
The most common stroke is ischemic stroke or blockage stroke, this is caused by atherosclerosis, which is blockage of blood vessels in the brain by blood clots or fat fragments.
This type of stroke can occur is a hemorrhagic stroke or hemorrhagic stroke, this stroke is caused by a rupture of a blood vessel in the brain.
"Remember prevention is much better than cure"
So much information from me about stroke, hopefully it will be useful and look forward to the next tips in my post.
Thank you for dropping by at my post. Until we meet again in my next post.
