Turtle necked Smocked dress with fringe
This is a piece for a client that wanted to look DIFFERENT,made from a material in-between scuba and Lycra,not completely stretchy, fringe used at the bottom was added after sewing was completed,a zip was attached at the top back of the dress to make access into the dress really easy.
Noticed how the dress fits really perfectly? I don't need to say much just know you need to have this in your wardrobe.
