THIS MORNING
I spent few hours this morning preparing chin-chin at home. Chin Chin is a snack made with flour, yeast, milk and a little bit of sugar, then Groundnut oil is used to fry it.
Here is a picture of the already made chin chin below, packaged for sale.

Ah! Such a nice snack. We have an Indian version of this too and it is either called Shakkarpare or Khajur.
It is sweet and there are a few different varieties in it.
Here's a paper thin version of it that I helped my mother make it in May.

How is this one prepared?
The ingredients are similar to Chin Chin but the dough is rolled thin and we do not add yeast so it gets crispy.
