1. It's still in its alpha testing phase of development and there's a lot of work to be done 2. The payouts are made in bitcoin cash 3. Tips are distributed from one participant to another so the posts have to be really engaging to draw traffic 4. Noise.cash seems to have so much potential as it immitates twitter. With good governance and continuous development am sure it's gonna be very engaging with time
