I remember there was one morning about a year ago when something downed on me. As I was putting on my clothes in front of the mirror, I stopped, stared at myself, and thought, you're fucking tough. It was like someone slapped in the face and woke me up. I've been through so much shit and I survived. I've gotten through everything life has thrown me and I'm still here standing. I had this sudden appreciation for myself, I now know that, without self-love, nothing else matters.😌👌
