This is the Way ... Bo-Katan and Koska Reeves on last night’s Mandalorian

Last night’s Episode was excellent.

Did you watch ? (Spoiler Alert)

This was quite a surprise and a welcome addition to the Series.

It’s great to have The Mandalorian speaking to other humans for a change.

And these new (old) Characters are awesome .... we are going to learn a lot of history about the Mandalorians.

The Mandalorians were a clan-based cultural group that was comprised of members from multiple species all bound by a common culture, creed, and code. They originated on the planet Mandalore in the galaxy's Outer Rim Territories and had a particularly important role in galactic history as legendary warriors against the Jedi. From their homeworld, Mandalorians had flourished across Mandalorian Space and the galaxy at large, colonizing worlds such as Kalevala, Krownest, and Concord Dawn.

Bo-Katan

Star Wars has cast Katee Sackhoff as Mandalorian leader Bo-Katan Kryze for season 2 of “The Mandalorian” according to Slashfilm. Sackhoff currently provides the voice for the animated version of Bo-Katan in “Star Wars: The Clone Wars” and “Star Wars: Rebels”. The inclusion of Bo-Katan is an especially important sign of what kind of story “The Mandalorian” season 2 could be venturing into.

KOSKA REEVES (SASHA BANKS)

Koska Reeves is a new character to the Star Wars universe. We know that she’s a Mandalorian, and thanks to her armor, we can tell that she was a member of the Nite Owls, a small squad of female Mandalorian warriors led by Bo-Katan. Bo-Katan’s Nite Owl faction fought against Darth Maul when he briefly held control of the planet of Mandalore, but it’s unclear if Reeves was part of that fight, or if she’s a newer addition to the Nite Owls. Reeves is played by Mercedes Varnado, who is better known by her WWE Superstar stage name, Sasha Banks.
