Click on the image to see this eye-opening YouTube video: "Swift and XRP" -
Background: I'm an early Ripple adopter - "I'm talking way back before 'ArmaJeddon' and his creation of Stellar's XLM. "
In fact, Jed had to send me some XRP while I was moderating on the now defunct XRPTalk forum just to prove his identity. Lol!
Here's Jed...
Here's me...
Whoops! How'd that get in there?
Nevertheless, continuing...
Later on, he provided a very generous and truly "genuine airdrop" of Stellar XLM to all owners of XRP.
I still have some of those ancient XLM tokens residing in one of my Lobstr Wallets.
[Warning: Bitter-Tinged Tangent Incoming.]
RE: "Genuine Airdrops"
When I say "genuine airdrops", what I really mean is the old style airdrops we had back in the day.
Those airdrops were straightforward.
It simply gifts you a new token for supporting an older one.
Now juxtapose that with today's so-called "airdrops".
Modern "airdrops" make you "sing for your supper", so to speak.
You must jump through a dozen, stupid social media hoops AFTER the lengthy and highly invasive registration process.
Then comes some flavor of asinine recruitment scheme that forces you to become n Uber-Evangelist of their worthless, $hitcoin token.
Believe me. I KNOW.
(Heavy Sigh)
And no, I'm not bitter...well, uh, ok, ok, ok! Maybe just a little still.
[End of Rambling Side-Bar]
Back on topic: crypto ledger's "Swift and XRP" YouTube video.
Like I said before, I'm an early adopter.
Even so, I must confess that this video schooled me on a bunch of surprising XRP stuff I'd somehow overlooked.
For example, did you know that, "XRP is recognized as a bridge currency, an inter-bank messaging platform that connects 11,000 banks globally and facilitates $150 Trillion in transfers annually!"
I sure didn't.
And when I learned about this, I was like...
There are many more cool facts about XRP in this entertaining and informative, 26 minute video.
Anyway, I ended up subscribing to the "crypto ledger" channel and gave this video a hardy, thumbs up.
TLDR?
Recommend this YouTube video for all XRP users; that is, it's for both newbies and pundits alike.
Submitted FYI.
May you and yours be well and loving life today.
