Ayala Malls Central Bloc in Cebu City is the second Ayala Mall branch here in Cebu City, Philippines. The first one is the main Ayala Mall in Cebu Business Park. This one is situated at the heart of the city, specifically at Cebu IT Park, Lahug,Cebu City, Philippines, which is just a quick 5-minute walk from my workplace. I frequently visit this mall during my free time because of the variety of food choices available in here. Additionally, there are numerous boutiques, shops, and hangout places in the mall, making it the perfect spot for employees, students, and visitors, whether local or international. Although it may not be as large as the main Ayala Mall at the Cebu Business Park, it has a lot to offer. Let me take you through some of the mall's impressive features that I find captivating and explain why I love Ayala Malls Central Bloc so much.

The mall has four entrances. I always prefer entering the mall through a specific entrance that's located on the opposite side of Park Social. This entrance happens to be the closest to my workplace, making it the most convenient option for me. You can easily locate it by spotting the Ayala Malls Central Bloc logo that's displayed at the entrance. Let’s get in and start today’s adventure!

The line "just keep swimming" from Finding Nemo has become a famous reminder for us to persevere, fight, and keep hustling in life. Life's challenges are meant to test us, but it's up to us to find ways to overcome them. This simple motto is significant and beneficial as it reminds us to be resilient, no matter what life throws our way. Let's always remember to keep swimming and keep fighting.

Things Will Get Better ❤︎

I am and always will firmly believe that it is just a bad day and not a bad life. It doesn't mean tomorrow will be a bad day too if today is. I am also a firm believer that whatever is happening, it is meant to pass. Shall I say, we must always not dwell on bad things or difficult things because things will always, always get better. If you may be experiencing a bad day today, tomorrow may be better, and if you are in a difficult situation right now, next time, you have to learn what you can do to avoid being on that situation again.

I strongly believe in the power of mind conditioning. By telling yourself that you can achieve something, you will be able to find ways to do it. Conversely, if you convince yourself that you can't do it, then you won't be able to achieve it. It's all about training your mind and heart to believe that you can do it and that you can attain the things you desire in life. It's also important to realize that achieving your goals is not just about succeeding, but also about challenging yourself and maintaining your self-esteem. Setting goals for yourself is an excellent way to challenge yourself and boost your self-confidence.

Bad Days Are A Part of A Good Life❤︎

We all go through bad things and even, sometimes, the worst, but these things are always meant to challenge and test us as to how we are as a person. When I go through bad things, I always think of the good things I had. Or perhaps the best things coming. For example, I encounter challenges in whatever I go through. I always think of the positive side and the positive ending. I always tell myself that this is just a part of life and that this is just all a means to challenge me. Life is not just rainbows; sometimes, it is rain and thunderstorms. It is a way of testing how strong we are as a person and what our principles are as human beings. We must always maintain resilience and never give up, no matter how hard life throws at us. It is always a test of how we are as a person as a whole. We must never give up on life because life is full of challenges and problems, and no problem is ever a problem without a solution. We must always be strong enough and resilient to solve whatever life throws at us.

Padayon is a famous Cebuano word that we use which means moving forward, to continue and to keep going. Cebuanos are always known to be resilient, and we always have this favorite line that we use, which is Padayon! for us, Cebuanos, it may be just one line, but it truly means a lot to all of us that it serves as a reminder for us to always continue in life, always to move forward, and always to keep going because, again, we must never dwell, especially in the negativities and the negative things that happen to us in life, because there will always be good things waiting for us in the end. We must always never give up on whatever life throws at us because life is meant to challenge us. We must always keep our faith strong and our heads up, and we must always be resilient. It is always important that we never give up, no matter how hard life is; we must always take the challenge of whatever gives us life is meant to be enjoyed.

While walking around Ayala Malls Central Bloc, you'll come across numerous motivational quotes that are sure to brighten up your day. These words of encouragement are especially helpful if you're feeling down, and they serve as a reminder to keep pushing forward even when life gets tough. I personally adore this aspect of Ayala Malls Central Bloc- it's a great way to remind people to never give up and to keep fighting through life's challenges. It's always helpful to have a little motivation to keep us going. Walking around this mall will help keep you motivated.

The mall is a shopper's paradise with a wide range of boutiques and well-known brands catering to their target audience. The employees working in the park specialize in adult clothing lines, gadgets, and much more. In addition, Ayala Malls Central Bloc has recently added some new boutiques to their collection.

The mall is pet-friendly and welcomes all breeds of dogs, including both typical Filipino dogs outside and different breeds inside. Paw parents can bring their fur babies inside, which is one of the things that makes the mall so amicable and welcoming to pets.

Ayala Malls Central Bloc’s Paw Park

Ayala Central Bloc is a very pet-friendly place, and I have proof of it. They have secured a paw park specifically for pets. This is located on the second floor. Whenever I walk around the mall, I always make it a point to visit the paw park where I get to see dogs and other pets play around. Seeing these free-spirited animals have fun at the paw park brings me so much joy. As a dog lover, I hope that one day I can bring my pet here too. The paw park is very convenient for mall goers who have their pets. I saw a dog having fun all by himself as there were no other pets around. He looked so happy and enjoyed the paw park.

Ayala Malls Central Bloc Kids Station

As a mother, I always look for places that my son would enjoy, and the kid's station at Ayala Central Bloc is definitely one of the best. Unlike other malls that charge for using their kids' zones, this one is free of charge. It's heartwarming to see children having a great time playing with each other. It's a brilliant idea from the mall to have this kind of facility to keep the children entertained while the parents go shopping. It's not just convenient, it's also budget-friendly because this kids zone is free of charge. I can't wait to take my son here and have him socialize with other kids while having fun without any additional cost. This is located on the Third Floor of the mall.

Ayala Malls Central Bloc’s Think Space

One of my personal favorites here in Ayala Malls Central Bloc is their Think Space, located in the third floor. There are a lot of free amenities the mall offers but what makes it stand out among the free amenities provided to customers is this, their Think Space . It's a place where anyone can relax, but sleeping is prohibited. It's perfect for studying with friends and classmates, or just sitting around and contemplating life. The best part? It's free of charge and open to everyone. There are some rules and regulations to follow upon entering the area, but they're worth it for the overall experience.

It is also perfect to walk around or hang out here when the sun is down because there are chairs here in the middle where customers could sit around and enjoy the fresh air.

Unfortunately, I was unable to take photos of my other favorite places inside the mall as the location of my other favorite places in the mall was on the topmost level, which I was not able to visit at the time. However, there are plenty of amenities in Ayala Central Bloc that make it stand out from other malls in Cebu City, such as their famous Timezone arcade and a cinema where I previously watched the midnight showing of The Nun which I shared in my previous blog, a wide range of food choices, boutiques, stores, and a lot of shops to choose from. My personal favorites are the coffee shops and pastry shops. The grocery store is also a great place to find fresh produce and everything you need. Ayala Central Bloc holds a special place in my heart because this is where I spend most of my vacant time and as it is very accessible for me since it is just a 5-minute walk away from my workplace. Walking around Central Bloc is one of the best things to do in the area when you are in Cebu IT Park. Hope you get to visit the mall as well.
