Morning Coffee Writing: Simple Steps to Overcome Fear

For many of us, fear can be one of the most paralyzing and debilitating forces. It can cause us to lose sight of our dreams and goals, and prevent us from trying new things and experiencing new opportunities. In some cases, it can even lead to anxiety and depression.

Fortunately, there are ways to get rid of fear, and to take control of your life once again. The key is to recognize and accept your fear, and then to move forward with the knowledge that fear doesn’t have to control your life.
