A lot of people — at least those who are involved in the crypto markets and the broader financial markets — are feeling really stressed, today.
To be sure, it appears we are in the middle of a market meltdown, and the FUD is running rampant.
So people worry.
But what does any individual person's worry really accomplish, aside from perhaps increasing their blood pressure and likelihood of having a stroke, and perhaps serve as fertile ground for a few stomach ulcers?
There is pretty much nothing you can do that will make a difference.
We might not like to think of it this way, but the vast majority of us are basically spectators, here. Sitting there, watching the red candles form on a Bitcoin chart is good for... what, exactly?
Seems like not much, of you ask me.
Wouldn't your time be better spent going for a walk with your dog, preparing a meal, or even just writing a bog post... as I am doing now?
Often, we are FAR greater sources of stress — ourselves — than the external world. And the sad thing is that this stress tend to have its roots in events we have no power to control, and no influence over.
So... all I can suggest — if you are stressing over the markets, this week — is step away and go do something else!
I know I'm about to...
Thanks for reading, and have a great remainder of your week!

Nice post!
I agree with you, sometimes we just need to keep our mind of off what worries us. Especially when there is not something we can do to change facts
However, I think that there is always something to do when we think positive 🌅 Sometimes we just need to see things in a different way and make the most of them ⛅️
Changes of perspective are definitely a good thing! Sometimes just turning how we are looking at a situation by a little bit can actually make a very BIG difference.
