Basically, worldly life is called deception because it can lead people away from the real goal through fleeting and immediate pleasures and temptations. These temporary pleasures of this worldly life can sometimes distract people from their real goals, which are the eternal happiness of the Hereafter and the pleasure of Allah.
Quran verse:
Al-Qur'an, 3:185: "Every creature will taste death. Your reward will only be given in full on the Day of Resurrection. Then whoever is kept away from Hell and admitted to Paradise, he will be successful. And the life of this world." So only the capital of fraud."
Hadith:
- The Prophet (PBUH) said, "The world is a prison for the believer and a paradise for the disbeliever." (Muslim)
This hadith means that the life of this world is a testing ground for the believer, where there are many rules and restrictions for him. And for those who do not believe, the world is a place of joy, where they can live as they please.
To be free from this deception of worldly life, believers should not be intoxicated by the temporary pleasures of this world and work for the eternal happiness of the Hereafter. Living according to the guidance of Allah and performing regular worship and repentance is very important for this.
