What I find the most useful when I'm trying to think of the best ways to change how I work is to focus on the process. I know that's easier said than done. If you're like most of us, there's not a lot of time to sit down and focus on processes. Yet the more time you spend focused on them, the better you will get at managing your tasks.
This leads me to the final tip I have for you. I've found that by taking a moment and focusing on my daily activities, I am able to get much better results than I would have otherwise. When I am able to focus on the things that I need to do each day, I am able to get much better at managing my time. It's amazing what a little time can do!
