For months (and especially the past few weeks), I've been looking for more stable work and I'm happy to say that I have already found work. The new job hired me on the spot during the first interview. They asked me to come on Monday for the first day of work, HOWEVER, the schedule is VERY early in the morning.
My schedule begins at 4 am where I'll make bagels and other breakfast foods. Honestly, the schedule seems very early, but I'm already used to waking up this early due to my time in construction. It has been a while since I've worked in the food industry—about 9-10 years. However, they did mention that the job was easy. Lucky for me. I'm grateful for the opportunity; I suppose, you may see less of me around since I'll be working full-time. We shall see where things take us.
Congratulations brother! You're not alone, I'll be less online too because my college life will resume two days from now. So I guess this is life 😂
Yeah, looks we've got to get back to our schedule.
Safer job than construction and you won't ruin your back! It's hard to be online so much and work full time. No worries. Just post when you have something to share. Glad things are going in the right direction for you.
You are very smart. Use the internet to learn some new useful skills. Anything you want to learn, there is someone out there teaching it for free either on the general web or YouTube. You are smart enough to learn on your own. I have learned all kinds of things like Cyber security (DHS/CISA has a free program), piano/keyboard, Excel, some simple coding, and herbal medicine. It's all out there. Just takes time and dedication.
Meanwhile, an early start to the day means an early finish, right? Congrats brother.
Congratulations on the new job.
