If you want to do something in life, you have to change yourself. And this change is very important.

Suppose a friend of yours is going to do something wrong and you are present with him at that moment. And she's going to have you stay with her. Then you can't say no because you think it might not be right to say no. But in this case, you don't have to say that it's just as good for that friend as it is for you.
Someone is going to borrow some money from you but you know that person does not need that much money. So you don't tell that person. Because if you don't say it now, that person will spend the money unnecessarily and will not return it to you if necessary. For which if you did not say in the first place, that friend might not have talked to you for a little while. But if you give money, it may be seen that you are not able to collect the money from him. That would ruin your long-term relationship with that friend.
Suppose a loved one borrows something from you for a few days. You pay, but you don't get what you need. So you should not tell him first and explain to him that you need it.
