This will be the first time that Pakistan and Sri Lanka women's teams will compete in a T20 International match in Pakistan.
Earlier, the two teams have competed in 13 Twenty20 Internationals, with Pakistan winning six times and the Sri Lankan women's cricket team six times. One match ended in a draw. The series matches will be played on May 24, 26 and 28 at South End Club Karachi.
