This post is specific to admins of Blurt front-ends that show economic values, such as pending rewards. It will thus be quite brief and to the point. I have included some things that haven't changed.
Calculation of votes into rshares has not changed.
The vote-dust-threshold has changed from 50 million rshares to zero.
Many never put this in, but do check if it is.The reward-curve formula has remained the same except change the content-constant from 2e12 to 2e9; so from 2000000000000 to 2000000000.
The curation-curve is unchanged.
The final reward calculation in BLURT is now =
(( rf * claim ) / total_claims) * (staked_supply / current_supply)
alternatively (and as markdown is very annoying for maths),
(rf x claim x staked_supply)/(total_claims x current_supply)
rf=reward pool fund
claim = post claims (from the reward curve)
staked_supply and current_supply in BLURT.
This is now quite a heavy calculation but, without any loss of precision, it may be faster to use the integer values of the staked_supply and the current_supply. The error is small enough not to notice in the pending rewards.
Any questions, please ask. If you would like any further assistance, please get in contact on discord and I can look at your formulas; you may, of course, post them in a comment too.
Thanks
Please vote for my witness account @busbecq.
Can be done directly here.
Thanks!
Rycharde... please check.... I think there is an error ..... rewards are going to zero on payout (day 7)
Hi, replied to you in discord with a copy-paste
Yes. Thanks.
I've looked a few times to also keep Blurters on noise.cash updated, but that site seems to be having its own problems with network errors.
