I really love point 2 and 3, I can get behind those. I think new accounts should get a taste of rewards, but not full throttle, and then as they build more stake they get access to more rewards.
I do however feel nominal account creation fees are necessary, they could be subsidised if people provide social proof or something, the reason I say they should have fees is to preserve the namespace, since there are no RC's a malicious actor could, in a free account scenario, run a script to create every possible word and combination and human name to totally obliterate the namespace and make Blurt unusable for future participants.
