@megadrive. WOW your idea is completely outside the box and it is brilliant. It is less complex for users to understand and easier to implement. Very similar to that of @jacobgadikian.
If there was a ballot to cast for each ideas. I will cast YES for yours, but a mix of your idea and that of @rychrade's diversity index would be cool
Hope the Diversity Index will still be developed as it solves a slightly different - though related - issue, which is vote diversity and vote-rings, whether the posts have quality or not. This is especially useful as Blurt grows - my experience on Steem is that many reward-extraction techniques took place out of public view as the activity was so much higher. The aim here is to solve the problem before it becomes a problem.
