I have observed that a few accounts are registered via SteemYY Account Registration these few days.
By observing the patterns, these emails are highly likely to be owned by one single person. Only 1 email per 1P for every 24 hours.
As far as I know, the 163.com (a Chinese email provider) does not support email aliases, so these emails are legit despite that they may belong to the same person. The IP addresses can be quite tricky, as IP v6 may be hard to backlisted since there are so many. Also the IP addresses can be purchased for use for a short amount of time.
