When someone powers down, the ESP is reduced by weekly amount. Currently powerdown takes 4 weeks. For example, if you power down 100 SP, it will take 4 weeks, and each week powers down 25 SP. And your ESP (Effective Steem Power) will be updated with minus 25 SP.
