I woke up this monring and foud out that my witness feed was stopped 8 hours ago:
I promptly jumped out of bed and then started investigation.
It turned out that it was due to the node version upgrade last night before going to bed, and I forgot to update the pm2 process manager.
So, the fix is just to run pm2 update.
When you update Node.js with nvm, PM2 may still reference the old Node.js path because it caches the environment when you first run it.
