I have fixed a problem of voting service due to the time not in sync:
On the ubuntun server, the system-timesyncd service was dead for some reason, and the time was 50 minutes behind, which results in the voting service being delayed, because the post will be only voted after 5 minute, and also before the day 6.
You can check the status of the systemd time service by:
systemctl status systemd-timesyncd.service
If not installed, you can install it:
apt install systemd-timesyncd
