A few days ago, I was talking about how I did manual testing on tron2steem. See Testing TRON-to-STEEM requires 1 TRX
Sending TRC-20 smart contract tokens (USDT, USDD) requires both buring bandwidth and energy, and compared to sending TRX, it burns more. Also, it requires 1 TRX to set the memo.
Yesterday, I was withdrawing some USDT from the HTX to the hot wallet of steem2usdt and I don't see any opton to set a note/memo when transfering the funds out.
And the tron2steem picks up the transaction and makes it "forfeited". Lucky that my code's logic is correct, otherwise, sending the funds back (refund) would be the least thing that I want to see in this case.
I've added a protection, if it is from the exchanges, then it will not refund in any case.
