Despite that I have migrated from Contabo to Hetzner, the voting service was not fully working.
I tried to run the command - and it worked fine but when it was put in the crontab, it didn't. Luckily I was able to redirect the output to a file and see this:

Not sure why it has this error when the job is run from crontab. Anyway, I have put the job continuous running in a while loop, and in a screen session.
So, TLDR:
- the problem should be fixed.
- the voting should come quicker as previously, a round of voting occurs every 10 minutes, but now, it is running continuously.
