As committed in the DBF (DAO Blurt Fund) proposal, this is the first bi-weekly report for BlurtKey, Tools, and Custom APIs. Below is the summary of the latest developments.

According to block #20699593, the first pay from the DAO was on July 10, 2022.

1. BlurtKey

To nudge BlurtKey's development forward, I ported the claim rewards function from HiveKey. In order for it to work, I also needed to update blurt-tx (update discussed below).

2. blurt-tx update

In order for the rewards claim function to work, I needed to update blurt-tx. The change was related with serializing the claim_reward_balance operation.

3. Bruno

I revisited Bruno's codes and figured out the cause for his redundant notifications. It was caused by a reference to an undefined/undeclared variable which cause his service to stop which was eventually restarted by pm2 which reads the last block. If the block number hasn't changed when the service restarted, it re-sends the notification.
