Memoirs of a free mind, 2022.

That awkward moment, you know the one when you step left, they step left, so you step right, and they step right, you repeat until you get past, with a smile.
She was gorgeous too, around 30 ish, her boyfriend noticed, I walked on by.

They are the little moments in life that make it all worth it, just a jot in time, but a good jot.
I am married anyway, so as nice as that smile was, I made my choice, 13 years ago, the flirt was nice though.

We get a lot of them nice moments, sometimes we miss them, sometimes not.

I was researching the much it seems maligned Novak Djokovic, and wow, what a man.

"The charitable work of the famous tennis player is remarkable. He funds a free restaurant for the homeless and needy. He created the NovakDjokovic Foundation, which is run by his partner and mother of their 2 children and which focuses on children.
In 2015, his foundation, in co-operation with the World Bank, set up a program to give young Serbs access to education and medical care. Welcoming his generosity, UNICEF appointed him Goodwill Ambassador to Serbia in August of the same year.
Among the foundation's other activities is the donation of 102,000 for the construction of a school in the Trstenik area, while the Djokovic Foundation has completely rebuilt and built 45 kindergartens, helping more than 22,000 children in Serbia, and has employed 1,600 teachers.
A special mention must be made of last year's donation of 1,000,000 euros to his country.. Actions that explain why Djokovic is being treated as a national hero in his country. And actions that make Australia look like idiots in the face of the world."

Is one quote I found.

When you take a stance, you have to do it vehemently, at any cost, do you not?
I made my stance known 2 years ago, I am not willing to be told what to do by anyone, not the government, not the WEF.
I take a risk with my life every time I put a leg over a motorbike, take that risk I do all the same.

Thailand was dangerous, in many ways, nobody seems to care about their own life, the roads were bad, the driving worse.
I nearly hit a guy on an elephant one night at 100 mph, crossing the road he was, the main road, Suckumvit, it goes all the way to Bangkok. Part of that was my fault, speeding, but if I had not been, I would have hit him, and the elephant, and I guess I would not be writing this now.

We take a risk every day, not a single day goes by without some form of risk, even in a car we face a risk that someone else in a car will hit us, head on or otherwise.
I have seen first hand some terrible accidents here of late, 1 head on, car to car.
So the risk is real, but that is life is it not?

I digress.

Back to Novak.

"Novak Djokovic released from immigration detention after Australian court quashes visa cancellation."

A stance is just that, a stance, we all take one, one way or another, I choose the risks involved, as he did.
I accept there is a very real chance one day my love of motorbikes may kill me, I accept that.
I accept one day I may die in a car, just going to feed my cats, I accept that too.
But I want to live a life of choice, like he does, I am willing to accept that one day I die, I was born to die, we all were, and no dirty bit of cloth or jab in the arm is going to save me, I was born to die.

Live free Novak, and do what you want, one way to win is be a winner, in my eyes he has set some high standards, in Novak there is a winner.

Have a great day, win, be free, and set good examples.

As Freddie sang, "who wants to live forever?"

It’s unusual maybe but I’m genuinely one of those ppl who when in dating someone I don’t even notice hot / good looking ppl. I barley notice them when I am single lol.

I find it difficult to imagine you being single, the photos are stunning, just my 2 cents worth.
Are we still allowed to give compliments in 2022, I find it difficult keeping up with new society rules.

I’m dating someone now but I’ve always been totally obsessed with my partner lol if I would be caught by someone else I would leave who I was with. Maybe I’m condependent 🤣🤣🤣 Altho I’m very independent.

Congratulations, I think :-)

I think it’s normal ppl look at others and flirt. I think I’m the strange one these days. I can of course observe someone’s good looking but I’m very focused on who I’m with, always; even if they are not traditionally good looking, I am in a kind of bubble. They have a word for it I think. They like to label people these days. 🤣 I’m super friendly, open and chatty with strangers tho so lots of ppl these days assume that’s flirting because it’s somewhat Abnormal to not be rude.

Yes it seems abnormal to many just to smile, chat, compliment a stranger, my wife asked an awkward man if he could move out of the way so she could get in our car today, she asked in a pleasant manner, he was rude in return.
If I knew the lingo better he would probably be in hospital by now, good job I do not, I guess.
Anyway, she is a strong lady and does not need me to protect her from arseholes.

Keep being you gal, you sound like 1 in a million.

So suitable words!

Thank you.

Novak also donated money to Australians after we had the massive destructive bushfires here a couple of years ago. I think he did more to help then the Australian government.

And they treat him like that, seems to be a bit of a show going on, distraction?

Australian gov is the scum of the earth so I'm not at all surprised they treat him like this. Probably trying to get back at him for upstaging them.

He was in the same club as them, WEF, world bank, unicef, he took them on and won, he is a winner.

A bit of good news then, and from Australia of all places.
I'm glad you picked up on the woman's signal. We feed each other by doing this, and strengthen.

Of all the places hey, but judges have family too, glad they could see sense.
She had the most wonderful smile, she gave it to me for a day, yes, energy indeed dear lady, I love women, they are the best.
