The Lizard people want you to rent, or owe the bank huge amounts of Mortgage interest. Always pay in full with cash. Owe nobody a cent. Also .. I have found land where the Property tax is less than $200 a year. I have posted many of these here on my blog.
If you rent then you already Own nothing and are very happy. The WEF has won. Never pay one cent in rent, ever. Own everything.
