Weekend Recap

Hi friends,

I had a good weekend and hope each of you did as well.

It was a three day weekend here in the US as we celebrated the Memorial Day holiday and remembered our fallen soldiers.

On Friday afternoon, we went over to my mom’s house for some swimming and pizza - the kids had a blast and so did the adults.

On Saturday, I spent most of the day helping one of my brothers move to a new house he and his wife purchased. Thankfully we had a good amount of help, so it went fairly smoothly and my truck got some work in with some big loads.

On Sunday, we went to church and hung around the house most of the day. We also went to a park and played a pickup game of soccer (all ages), so Jacob and I got out there and had some fun doing that.

On Monday, we spent a lot of time outside enjoying the nice weather and watched a movie. We got wet in the sprinklers to stay cool and went on a bike ride as well.
