Don't mind if I do.
It has been said that It's always 420 somewhere,
you just have to know where to look.
And I'm even smoking this Ice Cream Cake
I got from an older gentleman on the south coast of New England.
If your going to do some form of hitting the "road-high", I'd always suggest, especially here in New England, doing it on a historic scenic roadway.
Some of these towns still have an old time feel.
One such road is MA 140 ,
before the 495 project, rt 140 was the main travel route through MA, snaking it's way from the Massachusetts South Coast (basically RI) to the state's Northwest Corner (pretty much New Hampshire) in Winchedon MA.
One of the classic stops on route 140, is Nicky's Family Restaurant on Wrentham's Lake Pearl.
Nicky's is mostly famous for their ice cream and fried clams,
and of course their breakfast.
and is hugely popular with the area locals.
So anyway ...I was busy roasting some pot,
when I get all this encouragement
least I could do is stop for a fast break.
Egg and cheese on a grilled English with homefries for probably the thousandth day in a row.
still not a complaint though.
Nicky's Restaurant ...Highly Recommended!
