I recommend not voting untill you get BP enough to cover the transaction fee.
I for one do not need more than 50 liquid blurt to operate the platform for two weeks so I just throw the rest into power up.

But to rely on blurt rewards to "make it" as your only source of income, I do not recommend, at first. If it works for you then all the more power to you. It's a free market here so use it to its full potential.
