In this section of the YouTube video titled "17.06," the speakers from Ukraine welcome viewers and begin by reminding them that the legal firm Consultant is available for military personnel and their families to seek legal help with service-related issues and financial matters. The first consultation is free. They also share the news that donations from viewers have led to the production of 85 drones, which have been distributed among various units and are already being used to destroy the enemy on the battlefield. The speakers express gratitude for the donations and invite viewers to join in the effort to help Ukraine win. They also mention that Russia has launched an attack against them, and ask viewers to recognize where their donations are going and how they contribute to their victory. The video then transitions to the operational update, mentioning that the past two days have been relatively calm, with only some air alerts resulting in the launch of decoy targets and drones for reconnaissance. There were no reported missile strikes on Ukrainian territory.

In this section of the YouTube video titled "17.06," the speaker discusses the current situation on the front lines in Ukraine, specifically in the areas of Hарьков, Купинское, and Лиманское. The situation remains heavy but stable, with 123 combat engagements reported over the past few days. The enemy has launched two rocket attacks on Ukrainian positions and civilian areas, as well as 45 aerial strikes and over 3,500 artillery and mortar attacks. However, Ukrainian forces are successfully blocking the Russian advance on the Aggregate Plant in Волчанске, with estimates of the enemy force size ranging from 100 to 400 people. While some have reportedly surrendered, the majority may still be in a state of deliberation. The Ukrainian military is also applying constant fire pressure on the Russian forces in the Belgorod region, and a munitions depot has exploded there today. The Hарьkov front remains stable, with Ukrainian forces in control, and successful defense against enemy attacks on the Cuпинское front. The situation on the Лиманское front is also improving, despite the enemy's recent activation and formation of multiple waves for attacks. Overall, the Ukrainian forces are maintaining their positions and inflicting significant damage on the enemy.

In this section of the YouTube video titled "17.06," the speaker discusses recent military developments on the front lines in Ukraine, specifically in the areas of Volchansk and Siversko. The Russian forces have been attempting to storm Ukrainian positions, with the most intense efforts focused on the settlements of Druzhylovka, Makievka, and Nevske. Despite these attacks, Ukrainian forces have managed to repel all 10 attempts and even regained ground in the Silver Forest, thanks to the efforts of the Azov and Bureviy brigades. These brigades, previously labeled as terrorist organizations by Russia, have now been recognized as part of the Ukrainian National Guard, allowing them to receive modern American weaponry. The situation remains tense, with the Russian forces continuing their attacks on Ukrainian positions in other areas, such as Verkhnekamiansk and Razdolka. However, Ukrainian forces have been successful in repelling these attacks and maintaining the front line.

In this section of the YouTube video titled "17.06 Blocking RF troops in Volchansk. RF "overloads" Western news sites with fakes," the speaker discusses the ongoing military conflict between Russian forces and Ukraine. The Russian side has attempted to attack Ukrainian positions near the villages of Ivanovskoye, Andreevka, and Chapayev Yar, specifically focusing on the southern flank of the Kramatorsk operational direction. The speaker notes that there have been two days of intense fighting around Chapayev Yar, but contrary to some media reports, Russian forces are not present in Andreevka. Instead, the area is fully under Ukrainian control, and the line of contact is where active fighting is taking place. The most challenging situation is on the Pavlovsk direction, where the enemy has been making significant efforts to breach the Ukrainian defense lines using all available resources, including aviation, artillery, and drones, without regard for losses. The speaker compares the situation to the Battle of Bahmut, where the Russian forces were relentlessly attacking in waves. Despite the intense fighting, Ukrainian forces have not given up ground and continue to inflict casualties on the enemy. Additionally, there was a threat of encirclement of Ukrainian forces near Uman, but stabilization measures were taken, and the threat was neutralized. Overall, the situation remains volatile, with the Russian forces continuing to press their attack on the Ukrainian positions.

In this section of the YouTube video titled "17.06," the speaker discusses the current state of the front lines in the ongoing conflict, specifically focusing on the areas of Pokrovsko, Uman, and Kurakhovo. Despite the enemy's attempts to advance on these fronts using all available firepower, they have not made significant progress. In fact, they have retreated from some positions they had previously attacked. The line of defense in these areas has not changed significantly, although intense fighting continues. The situation is more complex in the Kurakhovo direction due to the enemy's heavy use of armor. There have been numerous battles in the regions of Georgievka, Proskoveevka, and Konstantinovka, with our troops successfully repelling the enemy attacks. However, the enemy did make some progress in the area of Redgorovka, advancing a few hundred meters. The fighting is intense and focused on each individual building, with the enemy attempting to take back territory we had previously captured, such as Surovikino and Urozhainyi and Staromayorske. They hope to not only regain this territory but also to breach our defenses and advance further, likely towards Ugledar. The enemy's activity is concentrated on a single narrow front in the areas of Vodiane and Staromayorske. They have had little success in this area due to the losses they suffered from our previous attacks, particularly against two marine brigades from the Eastern Military District who came to fight from the Far East and have already replaced both their personnel and equipment. The enemy is primarily engaging in positional battles and artillery exchanges. We have had success in cutting off their advance in the Vremivka direction, which we now call the Vremivka operational direction due to our success in this area. The enemy is trying to regain ground lost last year, but it is not going well for them as we continue to inflict damage and hold our positions.

In this section of the YouTube video titled "17.06," the speaker discusses the ongoing military conflict between Russia and Ukraine, specifically focusing on the Pridnestrovian direction. Despite seven unsuccessful attempts by Russian forces to take Ukrainian positions, the situation on the front line has not changed, and Ukrainian forces have inflicted significant losses on the enemy. Over the past few days, Ukrainian forces have used aviation, rocket artillery, and artillery to target enemy personnel and equipment, resulting in the deaths and injuries of over 10,000 Russian soldiers and the damage or destruction of over 240 vehicles and special equipment. The Russian enemy has also lost several tanks and artillery systems. The Ukrainian Security Service (SBU) has been successful in countering the enemy on various fronts, having destroyed over 1,006 Russian tanks since the beginning of the mass invasion in February 2022. The Russian forces have repeatedly used tank formations to attack Ukrainian fortifications in Zaporizhzhia, resulting in significant losses. The SBU has also targeted enemy columns during their approach to Ukrainian positions, causing significant damage and sometimes forcing the enemy to abandon their attacks. The cost of a Russian T-72 tank is around 2-3 million dollars, while a T-90, the latest modification, costs around 4.5 million dollars.

In this section of the YouTube video titled "17.06 Blocking Russian troops in Volchansk. RF "overloads" Western news sites with fakes," the speaker discusses the Russian military's use of modernized tanks and special forces during the war in Ukraine. The Russian army had a significant number of modernized tanks, including the T-72 B3, T-80BVM, and T-90, in the early stages of the conflict. However, in the last year of the war, naked T-72 tanks began to appear, and now Russian forces are actively transitioning to the main battle tank T-62. Alongside tanks, Russian special forces are destroying enemy equipment, such as armored personnel carriers, artillery systems, and radioelectronic warfare stations. The special forces, who fight both behind and beyond the front lines, are crucial for helping Ukrainian forces maintain their defense. Recently, the Ukrainian Security Service (SBU) destroyed a unique Russian radio reconnaissance station worth $100 million. The SBU is particularly focused on equipping and arming their special forces, as their success heavily depends on their individual capabilities, especially when they operate in enemy territory without the support of main forces. Additionally, a new Ukrainian drone, Stalker 5.0, was introduced, with an estimated cost of €60,000. This amphibious drone can travel at a speed of 55-75 km/h and can carry around 150 kg of payload. The drone is approximately 5 meters long and 1.2 meters wide, and its range is 600 km. With the introduction of Stalker 5.0, Ukraine may gain access to the Azov Sea through the Kerch Strait, pending approval from the military command. Despite promises from generals to destroy the bridge in the area, it remains standing, and no action has been taken against it yet.

00:35:00

In this section, the speaker expresses hope that they will soon hear from the Ukrainian military command about actions regarding the Kerchensky Bridge and the railway line connecting Mariupol and the Russian-controlled areas. The speaker emphasizes the importance of these infrastructure elements for the logistical support of the Russian forces and the potential impact on the situation if they are not controlled by Ukraine. The speaker also touches upon the recent summit at the United Nations General Assembly, where most countries voted in favor of a resolution calling for Russia to withdraw its troops from Ukraine's internationally recognized borders. However, Russia did not sign the final document, and some countries, including Saudi Arabia, Armenia, Bahrain, Thailand, the Vatican, India, Libya, Colombia, Mexico, the South African Republic, Brazil, and Indonesia, did not sign it either. The speaker does not specify their stance on the issue.

In this section of the YouTube video titled "17.06 Blocking of RF troops in Volchansk. RF "overloads" western news sites with fakes," the speaker discusses the upcoming UN summit and its significance. The speaker notes that several countries and organizations were involved in the drafting of the document, but the UN representative did not sign it. The speaker expresses their personal feelings about the summit and mentions that several countries, including the United States, are holding elections this year, which could impact the summit's timing and importance. The speaker also mentions that Russia is using bots to fill news sites with false information, making it difficult for legitimate news to be seen. This technique, according to the speaker, is a new form of warfare in the information age. The bots flood news sites with fake news, which can cause the system to crash, and when it does, administrators must manually review and remove the false content. The speaker notes that this process often happens in an automated manner, with keywords triggering specific actions.

In this section of the YouTube video titled "17.06 Блокировка войск rf в Волчанске. rf "перегружает" фейками новостные саites запада," the speaker discusses Russia's attempts to bypass Ukraine's air defense systems and flood Western news sites with fake news. The speaker explains that Russia has used similar tactics in the past to overwhelm enemy information systems and prevent effective countermeasures. Currently, an operation called "перегрузка" (overload) has affected over 8,000 news organizations in Europe and beyond, with around 2,400 tweets and over 200 emails sent out. The Islamic State has also called for terrorist attacks during the European Championship football tournament in Germany to disrupt the event. The German government and law enforcement agencies are taking measures to prevent such attacks. The speaker also mentions Russia's past collaboration with the Islamic State in Syria and the use of Russian-made weapons by the terrorists. The speaker suggests that Russia is trying to escalate the situation and intimidate the European Union by using proxy groups. Additionally, the speaker discusses Rain Metal's entry into Ukraine and the opening of a repair and maintenance plant for Rain Metal technology and weapons in Ukraine. The speaker notes that Build magazine published footage of the Rain Metal repair plant in Ukraine.

In this section of the YouTube video titled "17.06 Блокировка войск рф в Волчанске. рф "перегружает" фейками новостные саites запада," the speaker discusses the ongoing repair and technical servicing of German Leopard 1 and Marder tanks in Ukraine at the Metal plant. The speaker notes that this is a strategic goal for Russian forces and that precautions are being taken. The Metal plant, which is a manufacturing facility, is now operational, and Ukraine will receive financial aid from various countries for defense development and weapon purchases. The speaker also mentions that Russia and Belarus have conducted joint military exercises and that Belarus, which is not a nuclear power, is already on the list of countries targeted for a first nuclear strike by NATO. The video suggests that NATO is responding to these actions by considering the deployment of nuclear weapons and increasing their readiness. Additionally, China is also mentioned as having a significant nuclear arsenal and plans to expand it.

00:55:00

In this section of the YouTube video titled "17.06 Блокировка войск рф в Волчанске. рф "перегружает" фейками новостные саites запада," the speaker discusses NATO's decision to prepare its nuclear forces for higher alert levels in response to perceived threats, despite its ultimate goal of a nuclear-free world. The speaker notes that Russia, China, and North Korea possess nuclear weapons, and NATO remains a nuclear alliance as a result. The speaker also mentions Russia's Ministry of Foreign Affairs accusing the West of stealing frozen assets, specifically referencing Ukraine's ability to receive dividends on these assets to purchase weapons and rebuild its country with European support. The speaker then explains that the US convinced Europe to provide Russia with a $50 billion credit to be repaid from the profits generated by these assets. Russia's complaints about the seizure of its assets and accusations of violating private property rights are addressed by the US Finance Minister, who maintains that using the dividends for Ukraine's benefit is legal.

01:00:00 - 01:10:00

In the YouTube video titled "17.06 Blocking Russian troops in Volchansk. RF 'overloads' western news sites with fakes," the speaker, Rashi, discusses the ongoing tension between Russia and the Western world, focusing on the frozen Russian assets and recent drone attacks in Russia. The $10 billion held by Russia in the US and the rest in Europe are not intended to be taken, but will only be returned under certain conditions once Russia pays off all damages and debts. The European Union has extended sanctions against Russia due to the annexation of Crimea. Russia is reportedly seeking weapons and technology from North Korea, and there have been drone attacks on industrial sites in Russia, causing fires, explosions, and power outages. The situation in Russia is becoming increasingly unstable, with both external and internal threats. Additionally, Rashi discusses Russia's complex relationship with Igilovna in their efforts to combat insurgents, but also mentions instances of terrorist acts and hostage takings within the Federation. Rashi encourages viewers to subscribe to his channel, donate to the purchase of components and production of drones for Ukrainian brigades, and thanks sponsors and supporters.
