YouTube suspended my channel BUT WITHOUT WITHOUT WITHOUT WITHOUT WITHOUT WITHOUT giving my channel a third community guideline strike, @TeamYouTube is lying about the 10K+ video YouTube stole from me. I don't have copies of my videos. They won't let me have them.

YouTube SUSPENDED MY CHANNEL FOR NO REASON. @TeamYouTube is committing defamation by lying about the situation. I was not told what I did wrong. I didn't get a third strike. They said all my videos were bad. Not true as seen in my article.

Geraldy can be my Nick Becker. Hive has video websites. Geraldy, my nickname was Cool Kid. The alternative YouTube video platforms include websites like Rumble, Bitchute, Odysee, 3speak, Dtubes, Dlives, etc. I do upload to them sometimes. But there are less people. You can't upload as much. It's harder to use some of those websites. I encourage those websites to get better. But it comes down to picking your battles. Tom. Too far could be a good thing or a bad thing. Does that mean unintentionally? When videos are reported, aren't they then removed? You saying YouTube sided with me? I want to believe some of the staff decided to ban me. I was very close to getting a third strike. I would have been happier if they gave me a third strike. All YouTube had to do was lie and point at a random video of mine with their eyes SHUT and say we are giving this a strike. After that, all they had to do was close their eyes, pretend to read my APPEAL. Reject my appeal. Have my channel suspended. I would have been happier if they did all of that. Just follow your own rules. JUST LIE. I've not trusted YouTube since they banned me in 2017. I don't know the exact order of the three emails. If only I could see the exact seconds these emails were delivered to me. The first email said I was suspended. The second email said the suspension was lifted. The third email said I was suspended again. My new name, Jarnold.

2022-10-10 - Monday - YouTube said they removed a video. I think this was the last video YouTube removed off JoeyArnold7 before banning the channel on Tuesday, the 18th. That is 8 days later. YouTube said: "You recently received a strike for content on your channel, and can't currently do things like upload, post, or live stream. Since you're already in a penalty period, we're not giving you another strike, but we've removed the content from YouTube. Remember, if your channel has been restricted from using any YouTube features, you're prohibited from using another channel to get around these restrictions. Doing so is considered circumvention under our Terms of Service, and may result in termination of your account and all your channels." So, according to that email from the 10th, YouTube was saying they were going to give me a third strike back then but decided to be nice to me. How would I obey them? Like never say Covid. Check. I need like a list of a thousand things I cannot do on YouTube. Cannot say Vaccine. Check. Cannot say Alex. Check. Cannot upload a one second video that says BOOBIES. Check. I got this email Sunday. They rejected my appeal. Tuesday, they banned me. It might be that because I appealed a non-strike video, they decided to give me the strike after all and then ban me. I would say that would be deceptive if they had that line of thinking. Sunday, YouTube emailed me saying: " Hi Oatmeal Joey Arnold. We have reviewed your appeal for the following: Video: BOOBIES PORN WOMEN NAKED NUDE SEX RAPE GIRLS LADIES MEN HARDCORE GONE WILD PLAYBOY GALS BREASTS APP. We reviewed your content carefully, and have confirmed that it violates our spam, deceptive practices and scams policy. We know this is probably disappointing news, but it's our job to make sure that YouTube is a safe place for all. How does this impact your content. We won't be putting your content back up on YouTube. If your appeal was for a warning, you will not be given another warning in the future. If your appeal was for a strike, the strike will remain on your channel." YouTube, but if it was not a strike? Because of your grace? Remember YouTube? You said you were Mother Mary? Full of grace. To forgive me.Perhaps all that grace out the window if you try to appeal in the mist of grace. The only thing I would want is time to download my videos. YouTube should say, "OATMEAL, YOU FUCKING SUCK. YOU GOT 48 HOURS TO DOWNLOAD YOUR SHIT AND THEN WE BURNING IT IN A BIG FOREST FIRE." I might be missing some videos from before like 2018. Some of the videos were mirrored to Facebook while I was in Vietnam. The biggest black-hole might be 2009-2012. I got my new laptop in 2016. I think I was trying to keep video copies since at least then. But I can't exactly say cuz I would run into issues at times. I was rarely keeping copies around 2009-2012. There were times I would try to archive videos from my three or four main BANNED YouTube channels.
