New Mexico voting bills introduced in 2023 session

This bill allows for rank choice voting. Cleverly hidden at the end of the bill, this would allow an even further deterioration of voting choice. This is hidden as a memorial bill. It is written to grant Washington DC statehood. Oh goody a new state with 2 senators and representatives for the House. It is interesting to read the "positives" one being there are more "residents" in DC than in several existing states.
