Every year, on the 5th of May (lunar calendar), Vietnamese people celebrate the Doan Ngo New Year. Today is the Vietnamese New Year of Doan Ngo 🤗🤗🤗
According to legend, at the end of the crop, farmers celebrate because that year was a big hit. But at this time, insects come to destroy, eat all food and fruit. During the difficult time, people did not know what to do, an old man called Doi Truan came to set up an altar to offer banh gio to offer, fruit in front of the house and exercise his body.
Everyone also responded and it was true that all the insects were eliminated. According to Doi Truan's advice, every year on this occasion, people need to do so to get rid of aggressive insects that destroy crops. 😂😅😅
For Vietnamese people, the Lunar New Year is not only to kill insects for crops, in each person, but also for children to remember the merits of their ancestors.

Although it is the same lunar day, this New Year in Vietnam and China has a different history and name. 😅
