BNSF Intermodal Cruises Through The Neighborhood ,Got Stopped By A Manifest

I got stopped by A CP (Canadian Pacific) train. Then I caught a Metra train.
BNSF intermodal cruises through the neighborhood. CP train also cruises through the town. When the trains leave the yard that's a mile away (the CP train) the train tends to be going slowly and pick up speed later. Or has to stop to let another train pass that has to enter the yard that is usually going slowly
Then a UP intermodal also cruises through the town. Usually, the train goes a bit slower through towns and residential streets
