The best background for Video Conference

We are doing a lot of Video conferences at work these days...

It’s better to use a Real background rather than a virtual one.

It is very distracting to see the edges blur around your head whenever you move.

Try to use warm incandescent lighting, maybe a lamp nearby ... high speed Internet, professional microphone and headphones.

If you have a nice Library in your home go there ... or al least a warm neutral colour for your background. Even black drapes are good if you have enough light on the subject.

This space would look nice too... maybe too cluttered. I would be distracted looking all around the room.

Just don’t use fluorescent or LED lighting and white drywall.
