The finest and maturity of the fibre are two important properties of any cotton fibre to be tested for converting the fibre into yarn. the apparel or garments we are using are physically composed of earned and thus yarn is composed from fibre. so it is very clear that the impact of fibre properties is used on the properties of the garments or apparel we are using in our day to day life. for better quality and we need to have better quality fibre and for this reason the parameters like properties of the fibre has to be tested.
in this tutorial I have explained about two important properties of cotton fibre like fineness and maturity and their interrelation. fineness itself is not a standard value to judge the quality of the fibre rather maturity of the fibre has to be considered. again in case of maturity test in the finest properties of the fibre has to be considered as well. you will have the good idea about this two things after watching the video in my Bengali native language and I hope the textile related personal and students will be benefited from this lecture.
