Knole park has over 1,000 acres of parkland which, includes many deer herds. On my visit I saw so many cute young deer as soon as I got out of the car. Knole was aquired by the Archbishop of Canterbury, Thomas Bourchier, in 1456, who turned an old hunting lodge into a grand palace alongside establishing the deer park. You can still see parts of his palace today and the deer have remained at Knole ever since.
Oh deer! They are so cute! :D
