Tomorrow is 16th December. Do you know that it is the victory day of Bangladesh? We won our liberation war in 1971 against then west Pakistan (now Pakistan) after a bloody and tremendous nine month war. They wtote a brutal genocide on us in this period of nine month. They killed our three million people (there are a conspiracy about the number of people killed).
That war started after the declaration of our independence from then Pakistan under our one of the greatest leader Sheikh Mujibur Rahman at 26th match in 1971. Basically it was a historical fault when the British govt. divided Indian sub continent in two different countries named Pakistan and India. They joined bangla province to Pakistan. But the distance of main land of Bangla province and Pakistan was almost 2k killometers. There was much difference in culture, civilisation and life style of people from this two land. So it was ultimate fate that the two land can't go in a body. And this thought came in true in 1971, after 24 years of formation of Pakistan.
Anyway our ancestor fought with a brave herat against Pakistani oppressor and became able to make free our land from them. They gifted us an independent country, a new and unique flag. And our biggest identity of a citizen of an independent country.
Pakistani army surrendered at 16th December in 1971 in Res course promises, Dhaka. There was a lot of contribution of some foreign country such as India, Soviet Union etc. Thanks all of our well wishers.
