Nothing dangerous in those. Most of the ingredients in these are also found in multi vitamins. I like the beyond burgers, but I find them a bit greasy and rich. Marty likes the Beyond burgers but I prefer the Impossible Burgers. BK has a very good Impossible Whopper.
