I believe that if you are able to implement the following rules to your service, you could eliminate a lot of abuse:

  1. No upvotes for anyone Powering Down
  2. No upvotes for anyone who delegates more than 50% of their BP
  3. No upvotes for anyone who does not join your Trail (obviously, this would require you to create a Curation Trail)
