When you delegate to upvu or another VTS, you only vote on your own posts, 10 times a day. You maximize your profits, forgetting about other users who still vote on your posts (even more profits for you).
I have temporarily stopped the bot and will only vote on my own posts, just like upvu users do

Hi, thanks for bringing this to our attention. Just to confirm, @blurtbot is not a foundation account and we do not endorse its content. We are very dismayed that Upvu would wage war on Blurt by blackmailing Steem witnesses to abandon Blurt or face losing votes on Steem.
Supporting UPVU is supporting war against Blurt, however people are free to exercise economic freedom, just not saying it is wise.
I will answer in a "centralized" way:
You have created a company and floated it on the stock market. You sold stocks to investors and said they will receive a dividends for each share. Now it turns out that some investors are getting twice as much dividends (in fact much more...) for each share as other investors, just because they are taking advantage of loopholes in the system you have created. You say it's economic freedom, I say the system you have created is not fair to honest investors
Other than one comment where you mentioned the Diversity Index, I don't see anything that says you want to fix what isn't working.
To be honest, I have to say that I knew what I was getting into, but I hoped (and still do) that these economic inequities can be fixed one or another way
The inequalities in the rewards system sadly were inherited from Steem, we would like to fix them but as you know there is not an abundance of available Graphene dev power around. It may be a good long-term strategy to consider moving to a different chain base, Appics moved to Telos which now has EVM crossover. Cosmos is another avenue. In tandem I am pushing the metaverse angle because personally I see the future of content consumption to be in the XR space. Remaining on Web 2.0 apps would be akin to using pagers in the era of mobile phones.
Why don't you look at what the HIVE devs did with the linear curve of the first 24 hours window of the last fork? How many devs work on Blurt? If you search for something else than graphene or in addition to it maybe it can be interesting to take a look at the Ceramic Network?

Dear @ctime kindly consider the fact that there’s so much improvements and the foundation is working really hard to put things in order and if you can see megadrive came out to say the blurtbot doesn’t belong to the foundation and they don’t endorse it’s content. Yes we may not agree with everything but it takes a gradual process and everything will be alright. I have received series of messages from concerned friends asking if they have offended you in any way but my answer was no they haven’t and I am sure it will be sorted out. I am also a manual curator for r2cornell and the instruction is simple, do not vote posts already curated by UPVU and sometimes maybe I mistakenly do I remove my vote. I do not support UPVU and I am against any form of controversy which may end badly. I wish you a happy new month of May

Thanks for this explanation. Those posts were in response to the many complaints regarding the types of posts appearing on the Trending page. Obviously there is a problem. I understand now that Delegation to Upvu is the root of this problem and not recommended. However, your general upvote bot is well appreciated by the Community.
Why don't you work like before, which can help new users, with your voice many new users want to be on this web, but now their hopes are gone after you don't vote anymore, I really hope that you can be like before, Even I myself feel hopeless. they are only selfish, don't pay attention like we are people who don't have big power, we only hope from your voice.

No, majority of the users here are fantastic people, they don't even know what upvu is. There are just few big accounts, they are using their air dropped stake and ripping off entire Blurt community from rewards. I have invested over $300 K in Blurt, proved that we can make together a fantastic social media blockchain. Unfortunately, Blurt Fundation doesn't see problem with this kind of services. For that reason double-u has quit, I told him that I'm gonna stay here for a while and wait for some proposals how to deal with this problem... but what I see instead, are posts by offgridlife (one of the community leaders) who is writing instructions how to delegate to upvu

I once delegated the little vest I had to upvu when it was newly launched on blurt but had to withdraw after the strong debate between many community members over the dangers of vote buying services. So I believe I have a little idea of what's happening now in blurt
I always knew Blurt just like other social media dApps will face the challenge of voting services once it grows in popularity and value and there is very little resistance being but in place to reduce its effect on other users not using it.
The only way to balance such structure is to create strong community accounts and other voting accounts for content creators so that the freedom of everyone can be respected and smaller accounts like myself can be encouraged.

I personally see reasons with you sir, knowing that upvu and steemchiller kicked against steem witnesses on blurt few weeks ago.
It is not ideal to allow those people fighting against the growth of blurt to dominate BLURT even in a suspicious manner
Yet this is a decentralized chain that supports free speech and allow human rights to freedom.
I believe the blurt team will deploy pragmatic measures in tackling matters like this and related ones now and in future.
I think that voting yourself like upvu delegators will not make you feel any better since you have already taking the ultimate step in diplomacy to advice us blurt users.
Meanwhile I humbly solicit, that you please kindly reactivate your bot. It has giving so many new members more reasons to stay and keep posting quality contents. Many people have been asking questions, it is a sign that your curation is very well appreciated by many blurt members.
