I am not one of them who will agree with elders just because they are elders. If i have confusions with anyone i will ask him/her straight away irrespective of whether that person is elder or younger then me.

More like me, I also stand and question elders irrespective of how big or old they are, as long as they are wrong and I'm right I'll definitely stand on my right.....

Here in Nigeria they see it has lack of respect, but I view it differently.
