I will be bringing you scenes from under the sea. Underwater scenes are very lovely to see. Seeing water can make our mood calm and our bodies relaxed. It creates a feeling of easiness. It produces a joyful feeling every time we see fishes and other sea creatures. It feels like we are doing scuba diving although we are not actually doing it.
I hope this can contribute to relieving anxiety caused by the covid19 pandemic. There are many people who suffer depression because of the pandemic. People do experience differently and cope differently. It is fortunate to some that they were able to keep a high spirit even they experience loneliness and isolation.
