My son and I split a Disc Mania mystery box as an early Christmas present today. We went out and tried out five new discs. I like a lot of what I ended up with but I'm not sure if they will make the bag or not yet.
We were only able to play a couple of rounds with the new discs and it was very wet and cold with a bit of wind. It was tough to get a real feel for them.
I did really like the Majesty distance driver from the first throw. I'm not sure if I'm going to bag it though because it is almost too pretty looking to throw. It looks great on the top of my desk and I"m not really much of a disc collector.
It seems a lot like my Shryke discs and might bump my 175 gram Shryke out of the bag if I decide to throw it. I don't tend to throw max weight drivers much but they are good for some throws. The Majesty disc is a 175 grams too and a bit more stable than my beat in Shryke.
I don't think many people have a Majesty disc yet - I believe it was recently released.

It does seem too pretty to throw!!! They are really starting to up their game with how they look as well as how they throw.
Did you ever think you would have enough to have to select which ones get taken?

It does have a really nice feeling high gloss finish and seems easy to grip in winter. I'm enjoying looking at it for the moment but I expect I won't be able to refrain myself from tossing her Majesty around soon, lol.
When you first start out you really don't have that much of an issue with disc selection. It gets complicated with so many good discs to chose from. I did not think I would have such an issue but I keep finding them or get given them from friends.
