As this account is particularly launched for meditation related post, So we have to know at first about the advantages of meditation. Many people to whom I say about meditation, first of all they ask me what is the benefit of meditation. So in this post I have tried to tell shortly about the benefit of meditation.

Basically meditation is a practise of mind by which we can focused our mind on a particular thing or matter. By meditation our mind reach in a calm and quiet state. When we face a difficult situation or state and we need to solve that problem, then we need our full concentration of mind on the particular matter. and hence we need meditation.

The Advantage of meditation:

We have lot of benefit of meditation. First of all I must say that mediation is very helpful to reduce stress. Basically mental and physical stress is go high when the level of cortisol hormone raises. By meditation we can reduce the extra level of cortisol hormone. And it is scientifically proved. Anxiety is another harmful thing. And many time it is caused for stress. By meditation we can reduce our anxiety to a particular level.

One of the most significant benefit of meditation is to enhance self awareness. Self awareness is must for all. Self awareness help to know myself more clearly. Meditation can enhance the power of our memory. As a result, we may avoid age related memory loss. It is scientifically proved that meditation is very useful to avoid memory loss related disease.

Nowadays addiction is a great problem in our society. Our young generation and many creative person is wasted by drug addiction. I personally have talked with many organisation and expert who tell me that meditation is one of the best way to be far away from addiction.

Moreover these , Meditation can reduce blood pressure, it is very helpful for fresh sleep etc.

One of the greatest advantage of meditation is , you can meditate anywhere.

So by knowing all of these benefits we must say that meditation is badly in need in our daily life to lead a happy life.
So everyone we can set our mind from now to meditate regularly. It will be good for you.
