Plan for Seizure of RF Assets," the speaker provides an operational update on military activity along the front line in Ukraine, where roughly 66 battles took place in the past day with significant civilian casualties and infrastructure damage. The speaker then focuses on the military situation in Avdeevka, where intense fighting continues on the northern and eastern fronts. Ukrainian forces have been successful in repelling enemy attacks, with the Bachmút direction seeing success for the Ukrainian side. The speaker also discusses the disruption of three major Russian oil refineries, causing a significant decrease in Russian exports of oil products. The Finnish border is closed due to the influx of illegal migrants, and the European Union has approved a military aid fund for Ukraine worth 20 billion euros. Recent US military strikes on Syria, Iraq, and parts of Iran targeted weapons and ammunition storage areas, while tensions between Russia and South Korea have risen due to Russia's military cooperation with North Korea. Belgium has proposed a plan for unfreezing Russian assets to help Ukraine's recovery.

In this section of the YouTube video titled "4.02 Tactical Success in the Area of Kleyschivka, Complex in Avdeevka. Plan for Seizure of RF Assets," the speaker begins by providing an operational update on the past day's military activity along the front line in Ukraine. Approximately 66 battles took place, and the enemy carried out 2 rocket and 65 aerial attacks, as well as 53 artillery strikes against Ukrainian troops and populated areas. Sadly, there were civilian casualties and damage to residential sectors and other civilian infrastructure. Aviation strikes were also reported in the Harkiv, Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia, and Hersonska oblasts, with over 110 inhabited areas coming under artillery fire in the Chernihiv, Sumska, Kharkiv, Luhanska, Donetska, Zaporizhzhia, Dnipropetrovska, Hersonska, and Nikolayivska oblasts. The speaker then breaks down the operational areas of responsibility, starting with the Operational-Strategic Group of Forces North. In the Volynskoe and Poleske directions, the situation remains stable. However, the Belarusian location of Vagnerovtsy, which the speaker has been monitoring, raises concerns. These forces, who have combat experience from fighting against Ukraine, may be training or preparing the Belarusian army. In the Severne-Slobozhanske direction, the situation became more complex on the previous evening when border guards near the settlement of Glyukhov reported an attempted border infiltration by a Russian diversionary group. The guards managed to resist and called for reinforcements, leading to a long gun battle. The enemy, taking heavy losses, retreated and attempted to bypass the defensive position. However, additional reinforcements arrived, enabling the Ukrainian forces to drive back the enemy from their territory. The lengthy battle lasted over an hour due to the troops' effective actions.

In this section of the YouTube video titled "4.02 Tactical Success around Kleschievka, Complex in Avdeevka. Seizure of RF assets.," the speaker discusses ongoing military operations around the towns of Kleschievka and Avdeevka in Eastern Ukraine. The battles are taking place along a front line, with the main confrontations occurring in the areas of Sininkova and Ivanova. Last week, local authorities announced the evacuation of people from the border zone and banned the transportation of Russian trucks in the area for safety reasons.Over the past few days, Ukrainian forces have been able to repel five enemy attacks near Kupiansk, which is mainly controlled by tank units. Activity from the enemy has also been observed in the Silbernyi Woods, Behlivka, and Ter nov and Yamplia areas. The eight attacks launched by the enemy over the past day were unsuccessful. The front line remains unchanged, but the Bachmút direction has seen success for the Ukrainian side, with intense fighting taking place around Bogdanovka and Kleschievka. According to the Institute for the Study of War, American military forces have made slight progress southwest of Bachmút. Recent satellite imagery shows Ukrainian troops operating in a forested area east of Klev, which was previously under enemy control. The situation in Avdeevka remains dynamic, with fierce fighting continuing on the northern and eastern fronts as the enemy attempts to surround the city but fails to close the ring. Overall, out of over 1200 km of front lines, approximately half of the daily combat encounters are occurring around Avdeevka.

In this section of the YouTube video titled "4.02 Tactical Success in the Area of Klenychkovka, Complex in Avdeevka. Plan for Seizure of RF Assets," the speaker discusses the military situation on various frontlines in eastern Ukraine. Tanks play a crucial role in pushing back the enemy in Avdeevka, but the line of defense remains dynamic, with both sides engaging in artillery exchanges and infantry skirmishes. The Marinsky and Shakhtorsk directions have seen intense enemy activity, with multiple attacks being repelled. The Zaporozhsky direction has been relatively quiet, with only one attempted attack being repelled near the settlement of Plac Darmy. The Ukrainian forces continue to resist the enemy's attempts to gain a foothold on their left bank of the Dnepr river, with the most significant clashes taking place near the settlement of Krynka. The Ukrainian air force has been active, inflicting damage on the enemy's personnel and equipment with aerial strikes. The total enemy losses in personnel, equipment, and weapons for the past days amounted to over 800 personnel, 13 artillery systems, 41 vehicles, and 3 unmanned aerial vehicles.

In this section of the YouTube video titled "4.02 Tactical Success in the Area of Kleshchievka, complex in Avdeevka. Plan for Confiscation of RF Assets.", the speaker discusses the successful attacks by Ukrainian Drone Forces on major oil refineries, which has led to a significant decrease in Russian exports of oil products. Three major refineries have been targeted, including the largest one in the Southern Federal District, Luoyola in the Volgograd region. The disruption of these refineries has caused a 30% decrease in Russian exports of oil products, with benzene down by 37% and diesel fuel down by 23%. The speaker also mentions that the Russian Federal Security Services have changed tactics, as trying to burn oil tanks or pipes is now fruitless as they cannot be quickly restored. Furthermore, there has been an increase in attacks on Russian infrastructure as reported by a German publication, which although positioning itself as objective, may not be unbiased. In addition, the speaker notes that during the time of the Russian invasion of Ukraine, Ukrainian forces sank 13 enemy ships in the Black Sea and destroyed the headquarters of the Black Sea Fleet in Sevastopol. The situation on the Ukrainian border has also grown increasingly tense, with Finland closing its borders and allowing only one northern passage, which requires travelers to cover nearly 1,000 kilometers to get from St. Petersburg to Helsinki.

In this section of the YouTube video titled "4.02 Tactical Success in the Area of Kleschievka, Complex in Avdeevka. Seizure of RF Assets," the speaker discusses the closure of the Finnish border due to the influx of illegal migrants from various countries, including the Middle East. Finnish Prime Minister Teri Orpo has announced that while the border is closed, measures against illegal border crossing are being strengthened. In Odesa, Ukraine, a "green corridor" is being created between Ukraine, Moldova, and Romania to expedite customs procedures and reduce waiting times. Meanwhile, the European Union has announced the approval of a military aid fund for Ukraine worth 20 billion euros over four years, which Ukraine will use exclusively for military support. Additionally, there are ongoing military conflicts in the Middle East, and the US and Britain have conducted airstrikes against 36 targets belonging to the Houthis in Yemen. The Houthis have threatened retaliation and the implications of their response are uncertain.

In this section of the YouTube video titled "4.02 Tactical Success in the Area of Kleschikovka, Complex in Avdeevka. Plan for Asset Seizure of RF," the speaker discusses recent US military strikes that targeted weapons and ammunition storage areas in Syria, Iraq, and parts of Iran. Unlike previous strikes, which were anticipated and allowed time for removal of personnel and supplies, the latest strike was sudden and aimed to achieve maximum damage to these specific targets. White House Speaker Nancy Pelosi has announced that she will present a bill to Congress next week to support Israel without funding for Ukraine, which is concerning as the Trump administration has been pressuring to keep Ukraine out of this bill. Ex-president Trump has been consulting with Congress on the legislative agenda and reportedly insists on opposing aid to Ukraine until he begins his presidential campaign. Viewers in the United States, particularly those supporting the Republican Party, are urged to ask their elected representatives why Ukraine is being excluded from this bill and what Ukraine has done wrong. The White House also opposes the bill to support Israel without aid to Ukraine. Previous negotiations between the legislative bodies included a national security agreement that would protect US borders and provide support to both Ukraine and Israel, but when the bill was ready, Republicans in the House of Representatives used a political maneuver to split the bill into two separate projects, effectively blocking any funding for Ukraine.

In this section of the YouTube video titled "4.02 Tactical Success in the Area of Kleshchevka, Complex in Avdeevka. Plan for Asset Confiscation from RF," the speaker discusses the growing military cooperation between Russia and North Korea, which has triggered strong objections from South Korea. The South Korean deputy minister of foreign affairs, Chon, expressed dissatisfaction with Russia's military technology transfers and developing military ties with North Korea during a visit from Russian counterpart Andrey Rudenko. South Korea has expressed concern over the potential security risks and called on Russia to act responsibly. In response, Belgium has proposed a plan for unfreezing Russian assets worth around $300 billion in the US, €100 billion in Europe, and $190 billion in Belgium to help Ukraine's recovery. This initiative involves issuing bonds that would be used to settle the debt incurred from the sale of these assets if Russia refuses to pay. By following this mechanism, Europe aims to bypass some legal hurdles to seize the Russian assets, giving a relatively straightforward solution to the problem.
