Could Labour win with fewer votes than in 2017?

The general election is on Thursday 4th July, and opinion polls are pointing to votes splintering off to all sorts of small parties and independent candidates, but Labour winning a landslide majority in seats because of how their vote is distributed.

Here is a table with the amount of votes Labour got in previous elections:

It's likely they'll get fewer votes than in 2017, and maybe fewer than in 2019.
