Внаслідок нічного обстрілу міста Чугуїв (Харківська область) зруйновано будинок культури та школу. У будинку культури в підвалі ховалися люди. Це черговий акт злочину рф проти українського народу. А також підтвердження того, що звичайні підвали в школах або комунальних закладах - не бомбосховища, і можуть стати навпаки смертельною пасткою.
Рятувальники розбирають завали. Поки що про кількість поранених інформації нема.

Під час рятувальної операції в Чугуєві фахівці заглушили всю техніку, щоб здійснити дзвінок на телефон людини, яка знаходиться під завалами. Таким чином рятувальники почули дзвінок і змогли визначити, на якій відстані від них є людина під завалами.
