Restricting comments on my tiktok

I will restrict comments on my tiktok to where only people I add back can
comment due to people giving me hate on a tiktok I posted before midnight Friday. One person reported my response to them to get it taken down.
I lost the appeal and got a warning. tiktok is not safe for putting bullies
in their places. TT with side with the bully and punish the creator for the hate they
didn't even deserve.
